The session, entitled “Debating the rainforest,” was designed to facilitate a discussion among different stakeholders. Panelists included William Ambrose of the Norges Bank Investment Management, Per Fredrik Pharo of the Government of Norway’s International Forests and Climate Initiative, Hege Ragnhildstveit of the Rainforest Foundation Norway, Adriana Ramos of Instituto Socioambiental, Brazil, Jeremy Goon of Wilmar International, Singapore, and Guilherme Narciso de Lacerda of BNDES, Brazil.
