Bio

Jimmy Graham is a research assistant for the Migration, Displacement, and Humanitarian Policy program, supporting the work of Cindy Huang, Jeremy Konyndyk, and Michael Clemens. Prior to CGD, he was a fellow at the UN Foundation’s Digital Impact Alliance. Graham has also worked as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Dominican Republic, a consultant with the World Bank’s Global Education Practice, and a research assistant in Rwanda for Georgetown University’s Initiative on Innovation, Development, and Evaluation (GUI2DE). He earned an MA in Global Human Development from Georgetown University and a BA in International Studies from the University of South Carolina.
